I just got back from watching the Raiders kick the crap out of Newcastle 48-18!! Dobson and Carney were magnificent and Colin Best finally decided to come play football. Despite some very bad refereeing the Raiders played awesome. They lead at half time 16-12 and Newcastle leveled it up early in the seond half at 18 all. But from then on it was all Raiders, they looked unstoppable.If they had played like that against the Storm they may have casued the upset of the season. And it looked like Joey Johns has forgotton how to play football. Hopefully he remebers come origin time.
Speaking of good football, How good was friday night football this week? Both games went into extra time and they were thrilling games to behold especially the Brisbane - Panthers game. I hope next Friday is as good. Here are the weekends Results.
